Jeudi le 25 juillet: Un totem pour la famille/ A Family Totem Pole

C'était une journée spéciale pour une participante des ateliers créatifs. Étant les seuls participants, elle et sa mère ont eu une leçon d'art privé. On a fait l'activité d'estampe, lié à l'oeuvre de Rémi, en choisissant des animal totems pour chacun des membres de sa famille: sa mère était un hibou, son père un éléphant, son frère un paresseux (hihi) sa grand mère un lion, son grand père un ours, son autre grand-père un tigre, son autre grand-mère un dauphin et elle était un chien. On a fait quelques copies de chacun et ensuite en les a assemblés en un totem. /

A participant in one of our workshop got a special treat. Since her and her mother were the only participants, they got a private art lesson. We did the stamp making activity inspired by Rémi Belliveau's work and chose a totem animal for every member of her family. Her mom was an owl, her dad an elephant, her brother a sloth (ZING) her grandmother a lion, her grandfather a bear, her other grandmother a dolphin, her other grandfather a tiger, and she chose a dog for her own animal totem.
